Fun activities for your children! September Edition

Lowes Build & Grow - At your local Lowe's, watch your child build a fun project and get some fun freebies as well! Registration for the activities are required.
National Hunting & Fishing Day - Saturday, September 22nd. They say the family that plays together, stays together! Spend sometime in the great outdoors with your family. As the colder weather is approaching, this might be the last time you have the opportunity to go camping, make smores or go swimming!
National Pancake Day - Wednesday, September 26th. Pinterest has great ideas for yummy pancakes! I have a 4 1/2 year old daughter and we love making them together! Use a cupcake pan, put pancake mix in the bottom, fill with chocolate chips, bacon, marshmellows, nuts, fruits or ham, then finish filling with pancake mix. bake at 350 for 15 minutes or until golden brown.

Although September is coming to an end, there's still a number of fun things you can do with your children to celebrate the month! Make leaf people to celebrate the coming of Fall/Autumn! This month is also known as Childrens Eye Health and Safety month, there are many learning opportunities surrounding that topic!
