Rockin' Green Detergent review/GIVEAWAY

Rockin’ Green Detergent is a detergent made to clean the dirtiest of cloth diapers. It comes in many different scents/formulas. I tried the Hard Rock formula and it works great on cloth diapers, removing the scents and stains! It also works wonders on your daily laundry and is available for High Efficiency washing machines but can be used in regular ones as well. There are tips on the back of every bottle and packet for instructions on getting rid of built up minerals and left over detergent, which are very useful also. It’s perfect for getting a good deep-clean! Rockin’ Green is dye-free and even comes in an unscented version for sensitive skin! Additionally, if you have pets I would highly suggest this product. It’s amazing at pulling out urine stains and urine scented clothes or rugs! Rockin Green is definitely a multi-purpose cleaning detergent! The possibilities for this detergent are endless. It's not JUST a cloth diaper detergent, it can be used on carpets, to clean showers/toilets, etc!!!!! What other detergent do you know of that is that multi-functional?! I will continue to use this product due to its strong cleaning capabilities and it’s dye-free and scent-free qualities for my families sensitive skin.

Rockin’ Green is available HERE.

Last year I started my superpoints and swagbucks accounts and earned almost $80 in one month simply by clicking the super lucky button, doing the daily poll & random searches :) If you need a few extra bucks this season to get those gifts you've had your eyes on, sign up for the following sites now and start earning giftcards/paypal and other cool swag!
1. SUPERPOINTS - click the super lucky button DAILY. depending on the your member level, you will get anywhere from 5 (basic) to 100(platinum) spins per day! I've gotten over 150 points in a single days spins before! also, check your email for daily emails with points in them as well! another quick and easy way to rack up the points is by watching short videos/advertisements and earning 1-7 points on each!
2. SWAGBUCKS - this is my FAVORITE site to earn giftcards! The Daily Poll is my first go-to, everyday. It's a quick/easy way to get a guaranteed point. Secondly, if you type random words in the search engine you can win anywhere between 7-59 points, especially on Fridays! If you are qualified to do their surveys, by all means: DO THEM! They earn you massive amounts of points! Also, printing coupons directly from Swagbucks, will earn you points as well.

There's a lot of sites you can use to earn giftcards and PayPal, but these two are the most legitimate ones I've always used and they payout directly and promptly. Hope you're able to get some extra $$ for the holidays!

Skoy Cloth Review

If you're looking for a greener alternative to paper towels, sponges, dish cloths, etc... I found the solution! SKOY. Skoy is an ecofriendly improvement in cleaning cloths! This product is 100% biodegradable and made from a unique blend of natural cotton and wood-pulp cellulose. (www.skoycloth.com). When I first got them, I thought they were rigid and stiff. The feel of them reminded me of when you leave a really old wet towel outside to dry and it becomes stiff, but since I read that each one is equivalent to 15 rolls of paper towels I thought I’d give it a try. Plus, the cute flower design on the cloth made it look almost like a hot pad and it would match my kitchen perfectly.

WET, WIPE, WOW! Is their motto and all I have to say is WOW! Skoy is simply REMARKABLE. The first time I used it was to clean my microwave. Now, my microwave looked filthy because my four-year-old put pasta in without a lid, you get the idea? Well, I wet my Skoy in the sink to clean the mess and I stood there for maybe five minutes (no joke!) feeling the product. I wish there was a descriptive word respectable enough to make you understand the amazing and thick feeling of this cloth, but it does not exist. So after the initial amazement, I went to clean the microwave. I didn’t have to put any force into scrubbing, the cloth cleaned the mess up without any hassle and didn’t leave a film of residue like my old sponges or dishcloths.

Since I’ve had the product I’ve cleaned my microwave, the inside of my refrigerator, my countertops, pots, pans, juice off my floor, even washed my car with it.  They dry quickly so they do not breed bacteria and remain reusable. I have only good things to say about Skoy, and they are competitively priced as well! A 4-pack is $6.99, making each one roughly $1.75! The cost of 15-rolls of paper towels is about $13.97 making the choice a no-brainer! I was super impressed with the durability and absorption capabilities of this product. This is definitely something I will order in the future!

When I found the Pepsi deal, there were ten more bottles on the shelf after I grabbed two. There was a woman coming down the aisle, so I showed her the deal and she grabbed two for herself. She was so sweet and thankful for showing her the deal, you could tell she really appreciated it! I saw her again when I was checking out and she was handing another customer one of the coupons and pointing back to the grocery aisles (I'm assuming she was informing that customer of the deal). Have you ever seen the movie "Pay It Forward"? It felt like one of those moments to me :) Just thought I'd share my experience!!

Weekly Pinterest Picks 9/24-10/1

Saturday, September 22nd was the first day of Fall/Autumn (and my niece Emily's birthday, HAPPY 10TH BDAY EMILY!) so most of the pins this week will be seasonally related:) If you do make any of these projects, please let me know how they turned out! The only one I have yet to try from this weeks pins is the outlet covers. Enjoy!

Scrapbook paper outlet covers. My sister would love this idea because she is an avid scrapbooker! These are cute & simple ways to make a small but noticable change to a room! :)

JANDEE CRAFTS has some awesome information in the blog! Check out full recipes at jandeecrafts.blogspot.com...I actually tried the citrus cinnamon, UH-MAYYYY-ZING. when you walk into the house the scent of cinnamon with a hint of orange is just phenomenal!!

Use a melonballer to make bitesized caramel apples! PORTION CONTROL for kids ;) and perfect for fall parties!

You can use a simple sugar cookie recipe or premade sugar cookie mix, divide the dough and add food coloring then roll it out and make fun fall leaf cutouts! My four year old loved this! She added the food coloring and enjoyed the cutout process:)

We didn't put these on the grill, just in the oven. But they still turned out divine! I like these more than traditional smores to be honest. These are definitely a must-try, especially if you have small children. They will enjoy putting the marshmellows and chocolate chips inside the banana.
